- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Entirely incompetent and apathetic. They refuse to deliver packages and do not help you to get them. If you are "serviced" by the Colbert post office, make sure your packages are delivered by anyone but the USPS.By Jonathan Klins, September 11, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Mailer refused to even attempt delivery of two parcel packages, leaves notes claiming they "missed me" or "there was no secure location to deliver your package" when at both times I watched them drive away from my doorstep (from a long driveway) most recent note was ripped in the mail box. Both of said packages were crucially due to be delivered on or before the days they were supposed to arrive, which I paid extra $15+ shipping for, by the way. Worst mailing service IMO or from my experience, 1/10 would not touch with a one-hundred-and-one foot pole.By Martin Huckaba, July 17, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In the first two months after I moved into this post office's service area, the carrier lost three packages of mine. One was later recovered, but the other two have never been found. I know for a fact that she also put my mail into another apartment's mailbox by mistake, because the other tenant brought it to me. My local carrier also seems to do her own thing, as she drives a USPS jeep but wears whatever civilian clothes she feels like. I know in other areas I've lived, carriers are required to wear the USPS uniform, but not this one. Overall, this post office has provided me with the worst service I've ever received from the US Post Office.By Andreas Udby, February 11, 2017
